Earth Optimism celebrates a change in focus in the dialogue about conservation and sustainability – moving from problems to solutions, from a sense of loss to one of hope. Since the inaugural Earth Optimism Summit in 2017, more than 60 Earth Optimism events have taken place at Smithsonian museums and worldwide at different organizations. These events and partnerships showcase conservation actions that are working across sectors and locations, so good practices can inspire replication and scale at all levels, starting with the individual.
We are surrounded by success – the challenge now is to take that to scale.

Dynamic Planet has been involved in Earth Optimism from the start. We help curate the overall program and coordinate panels with conservationists and impact investors.
